UPDATE: cat was only seen this one time. I hope he made it back home. Will status as Returned to Owner.

Dark grey striped tabby cat, yellow collar under a red collar with bell, is YOWLING like it's lost. Many ferals, strays, & neglected come around my door, but this one is new since last night 9/17/24, it's been on the front street and a back street behind my house, I think it's lost, maybe that's why it's crying so much. It lets me within arm's reach and then runs off, but keeps returning. I think it's male because it wants to come to my back door but the neighbor's outdoor cat is squaring off with it, and they are prepping for a fight.
