Zappos For Good and North Shore Animal League America teamed up with Multnomah County Animal Services for "Friends on Us Fridays" on November 17, 2017. All adoption fees for pets in the shelter were waived for adopters. That means Multnomah County residents only had to pay the license fee to take their forever friend home!  During the adoption special, 29 kittens, 15 dogs, and 12 cats were adopted.

What is Friends on Us Fridays?

North Shore Animal League America is joining forces with Zappos for Good, the charitable arm of for “Friends On Us Fridays,” on Friday, November 17 at  Multnomah County Animal Services. is a service company at the core. They are extending their special brand of service to customers in a different way be rescuing both pets and humans and uniting them as best friends. That’s why they will be sponsoring FREE adoptions for approved adopters at local area shelters. This means Zappos covers all qualifying adoption fees for select shelters each Friday, for both dogs and cats!
