From the Field: Officer Wammack and Legal Specialist Hagen Contribute to Animal Cruelty Prosecution Conference

MCAS Field Services Officer Brian Wammack and Legal Specialist Nicole Hagen contributed to the Association of Prosecuting Attorneys 13th National Animal Cruelty Prosecution Conference from November 13 - 15, 2024 in Richmond Virginia. 

Officer Wammack was invited to attend as a guest speaker presenting alongside Oregon Animal Cruelty Deputy District Attorney Jake Kamins on investigating and prosecuting sham animal rescue organizations.

Legal Specialist Nicole Hagen was awarded a scholarship to attend through the Association of Prosecuting Attorneys. 

Kudos to Officer Wammack and Legal Specialist Hagen for their continuous growth, and for representing MCAS across the country!
