To safeguard our rabbits in the shelter, and to prevent the potential spread of rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus 2 (RHDV2), MCAS is taking special precautions and asking the public to be observant.
Meet Tina H., the Foster Coordinator at Multnomah County Animal Services (MCAS), celebrating five years as a staff member. Tina was previously a Client Services Lead before being promoted in April.

Meet Jodi L., the Transfer Coordinator at Multnomah County Animal Services (MCAS). Jodi is celebrating fifteen years as an Animal Services staff member, and has served as an Animal Care Tech 1 & II.
Laundry is a vital daily task at the shelter, and MCAS is seeking new volunteers. Shifts are available multiple days per week, both in the morning 7:30-10:30 and in the afternoon 12:00-2:30.
