At this time, community members aren't able to visit the shelter to browse adoption kennels, and adoptions are limited to the virtual process. Harper is a female dog who is happiest where her people are. She is small yet mighty. Super sweet, lovable, likes to give kisses, and likes to play. She still has a lot of young dog energy. She is very wiggly and pulls like a small tank on walks, making it best to walk her with a harness. She would be best for someone who can spend time playing with her and is open to puppy kisses.
