公共记录请求相关问题
从2019年10月1日开始，对大量或特殊公共记录的申请按比例收费，每小时$55.93。每小时的费用可能因满足要求的人员而有所不同。
根据Oregon公共记录法 (Public Records Law)(ORS 192) 的规定，个人、组织、机构和企业可请求Multnomah县提供书面文件和材料的副本或书面文件和材料的使用权。 请使用公共记录请求表以获取记录。在您收到账单后，您可在公共记录请求费用页面支付费用。

Submit Your Records Request Online
Multnomah County Animal Services along with other County agencies use the Gov QA platform to handle public record requests. You can submit your request using the Gov QA Multnomah County service. We will need to create a free account. All communication and records will be provided through Gov QA.
Submit Your Records Request OnlineThe prorated fee for public records requests is $76.42 for each hour. Smaller requests may be able to be done at no charge or at a discounted rate. The fee may also be reduced or waived if your request is determined to be in the interest of the public. If there is a charge for your request, an estimate will be provided to you prior to any work being performed. After you receive your bill, you can pay on the Public Record Request Fee page.
