Neighbors found this dog tied to a fence with a collar with writing on it that said "not lost. please keep me." We are believing the previous owner no longer wants the dog. the dog is going to a vet appt at 3:45pm and is safe in a temporary foster home for now. we are working on a long term foster and even adopters as we want to keep the dog out of the shelter environment if we can. He is sweet, is getting along great with the neighbor's dog, playful, and likely only a couple years old.
