Community Adoption Partners (CAP)

Multnomah County Animal Services (MCAS) is pleased to have several Community Adoption Partners (CAP) throughout Portland. All of our cat adoption partners are locally-owned small businesses. Cats from our shelter are cared for at each neighborhood business until they are adopted.

This program helps people meet and adopt homeless shelter cats at several locations throughout Portland. Please note that adoption fees at the following locations may differ from those at the MCAS shelter in Troutdale.
