Mostly white with black spots, some brown in face. No collar, no microchip found. A second small dog was spotted nearby but ran away. Found near 202nd Ave and Glisan 1 AM on 12/22/23, had been hit by at least one car. Taken by good Samaritan to emergency vet but passed away soon after arrival. Body to be surrendered to Multnomah Animal Control 12/22
