Found in our backyard, Kelly Creek Neighborhood, near the cross streets of Powell Valley and SE Barnes Rd. Wednesday 4/3 near dusk... he really wanted to be on a person and inside the house. Super friendly Parakeet. Hoping to reunite with his owner.
