Found this cat the middle of the street, didn’t move when the car approached. Acts as if they are deaf or hard of hearing maybe?
This cat is friendly, approached myself and my husband for pets. They have a soft meow, white mittens and chest. The coat and paws are dirty, but otherwise the cat appears in good health. No collar.
