I work at BluePearl Pet ER, man came in and asked I could scan a puppy.He had parked across the strret from our parking lot. So I did scan and nothing came up. He told me he found the puppy with its leash outside his house, but nobody knew who it belonged to. H wouldnt tell me where exactly. I did tell him that Dove Lewis took in stray pets, he proceeded to get in the passenger side of car while I had the puppy to grab his phone to put in Dove Lewis and then quickly shut the door and the car drove off. I waited for a min, kind of in shock....I came into work with the puppy, let my co workers know what had happened. After thinking about later and at the time I didnt think the puppy was his but now I suspect he was and that he was just trying to get rid of him. If possible Id like to foster and adopt this puppy.
