Found at Lumina apartments going door to door. Neighbors say it’s been to their place too. Very sweet and vocal. Only had a flea collar on. Cat is safe with food, water, litter box, and blanket but apartment is empty do to moving. I will bring it to the humane society tomorrow to check to see if it’s chipped. Cat looks well loved and taken care of.
