Found this kitty crying in the rain at 2am with no collar. I see she (i believe its a girl) was posted on Next door a couple days prior by someone else who found her. She ran inside my apartment and I fed her and have cared for her since. I took her to the vet and they cannot find a chip. I have posted her on various platforms trying to locate her owner.
