We found this dog while heading to work today. We brought him home, gave him food and water. I took him to Banfield in Tigard, and they scanned for a chip with no luck. They are holding him through the day, and hopefully someone will come and get him. If not, he’s coming back to our house till we find his owner. Super sweet dog. Please share.
