Happy Adoption Story: Louie (Shaggy)

I adopted Louie (Shaggy) on November 4, 2022. He is so special. I can't say enough good things about him. Louie lets you know when he wants out, when he's hungry and when he wants o go for a walk. He loves car rides and small dog parks. He had his first professional groom and the groomer raved about what a good dog he was. I'm in love with him!!! Thank you Multnomah Co Pets.!
